Cancellation Policy
  • We understand that sometimes due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, it may be necessary to cancel a booking. In the unfortunate event that this happens we will be happy to refund the deposit in full, provided that the cancellation is made at least 28 days prior to the booking. No refund will be payable for cancellations made within 28 days of the booking.
  • For reservations made within 28 days of booking, payment must be made in full and in the event that it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation, no refund will be payable.
  • Refunds, where payable, will be made to the card used to pay the deposit.
  • Notice of cancellations must be e-mailed to cottingtonlakes@outlook.com
  • By making a booking you confirm that you have read, acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.
